I’m down in Huntington this week for the Vans Pier Classic four star event. Its been freezing, but the waves have been really good. Hanging in this picture with my manager Tony, Body Glove Team Rep Chewy, and Alpinestars Team Manager Braddah Alec. The surf forecast for this weekend is looking ideal for Huntington. The Hawaii boys have been blowing up this contest! If your around come down and support!
Ozzy Shocker!
Just did a week in Newcastle, Australia. Soon as I got there I got the flu, lost my heat in the first round in one foot surf…safe to say it was one of the worst trips I’ve had in a while. But on the bright side I was with good positive people and the weather was really nice. Eric Geiselman, Ian Crane, Crow, Shane Myers and I had a good round on golf… Which I absolutely suck at! Saw the biggest Black Widow I’ve ever seen. The best part of my trip was bowling…might be a career change.
Newcastle is a weird place with lots of dog walkers. Hopefully I can go back some day with a vengeance
Alpinestars Team Visits Hawaii
Astar’s team came down to Hawaii for a few weeks. They were here for the moto event in Kahuku. I got to skydive with two of the best up and coming motocross riders, Adam Cianciarulo and Ashley Fiolek, along with fellow Astar’s team rider Jesse Heilman. We all hung out at the Kahuku race track, watched some amazing riding, and sprayed some hats for the local Hawaiian motocross fans.

I got to Pipe late after the contest. That was my last wave of the day. I cant believe I got this shot in, it was almost dark. Right on Maassen for capturing the moment.
Rocky Point Evening Sessions
With a slow start to the winter season on the North Shore, I managed to score some good waves at Rocky Point.
